01 · Acceptance

By accessing or using this site or its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

02 · Service Scope

Securex Nvr Plugin Store provides plugin catalog and downloads, version updates, Store Tokens and device binding, plugin submission and review, AI Cloud sampling/review/training/deployment, Push Relay, developer documentation, and related administration and payment flows. Some features depend on Frigate, PayPal, Google/Firebase, or other third parties.

03 · Accounts & Security

You are responsible for accurate registration information and for protecting passwords, Store Tokens, Relay API Keys, and device credentials. You are responsible for activity performed with your account or credentials. If you suspect compromise or unauthorized access, disable or rotate affected credentials promptly.

04 · Store, Store Tokens & Plugins

Store Tokens authorize Securex Nvr clients to access the store and bind a Client ID/device. Device limits are controlled by server policy. A full token may be shown only once while the service stores only a non-reversible hash. Plugins may be provided by Securex Nvr or third-party developers; review versions, permissions, documentation, and compatibility before installation.

05 · Payments, Refunds & Licenses

Paid plugins or services may be licensed through PayPal or administrator authorization. Price, currency, license scope, and payment status are governed by the checkout flow or order record. Refund eligibility for digital content may be limited unless applicable law or an explicit sales term requires otherwise. Sensitive payment credentials are handled by payment providers; the store does not need to retain full card details.

06 · AI Cloud & User Content

When you enable AI Cloud or manually upload images, you authorize the service to process images, bounding boxes, labels, device/camera metadata, training artifacts, and model files as needed to provide sampling, review, dataset export, training, evaluation, and deployment features. You must have the right to upload and process that content and remain responsible for sampling scope, retention choices, and manual review decisions.

07 · Push Relay

Push Relay forwards notification requests generated by the NVR/plugins to third-party push services. You are responsible for notification content, target devices, and compliant Firebase/FCM configuration. Relay API Keys and Store Tokens are separate credentials and must not be interchanged or publicly exposed.

08 · Acceptable Use

You must not use the services for unlawful activity, bypass licensing or device limits, attack or interfere with the Store/Relay/AI Cloud, upload malicious plugins or code, infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, impersonate others, or automate access in a way that threatens service security or stability.

09 · Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, compatibility, legal requirements, or product improvements. Plugins, models, third-party APIs, and upstream Frigate changes may affect compatibility. Back up production systems and review release notes before updating.

10 · Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that plugins, models, detections, notifications, or third-party services will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Critical monitoring, security, access-control, or automation decisions should not rely solely on AI detections or push notifications. Liability for third-party failures, network issues, misconfiguration, or user-supplied content is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11 · Suspension & Termination

We may suspend access, revoke credentials, remove plugins, or restrict service if an account, token, Relay Key, or plugin submission violates these Terms, creates a security risk, involves fraud or abuse, or must be restricted by law. You may also stop using the services and delete or disable resources through available account, token, and data-management controls.

12 · Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the services, law, or security practices. Material changes may be communicated through this page, release notes, or another reasonable method. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.

NoteThis page is an operational terms draft tailored to the current Securex Nvr services. Before relying on it as a formal legal instrument, have it reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction, user locations, and actual business model.
